What We Do

Specialising in distinct Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects throughout Victoria, Greystone works with a limited number of partners and clients to deliver projects that matter. Since its establishment in 2013, our team have developed close relationships with our clients, investors, consultants, tradespeople and partners to consistently deliver successful projects with distinction.

Chris Wratten
Chief Executive Officer

Chris is the founder and Managing Director of Greystone. He has a strong passion for the property and investment industry. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, Chris has headed and delivered various distinctive projects across the board.
 
Chris values people and relationships and is committed to delivering on Greystone’s mission. He has undertaken various academic studies including a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate, a Bachelor of Commerce, and is currently completing an MBA.

Kieran Frankhauser
Chief Operating Officer

Kieran is an accomplished executive with a broad background in investment management, marketing and commercial operations. With a solid record of achievements, he recently concluded a successful seven-year tenure as CEO of one of Australia’s premier golf facilities. Kieran’s strategic vision and leadership skills have been instrumental in his professional success.
 
He now joins Greystone Group as Chief Operating Officer, where he will leverage his experience and innovative approach to propel the company’s growth and operational excellence. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Rupert Carney
Project Manager

An accomplished qualified carpenter by trade and diligent Project Manager, Rupert has over 15 years of experience in the Building and Construction industry and possesses a keen eye for detail.
 
Rupert is passionate about delivering a well planned and executed construction schedule to eliminate any delays and adhere to critical project milestones whilst maintaining the highest level of quality standards.

Daniel Bartos
Junior Estimator/ Contracts Administrator

Daniel is a young and enthusiastic Junior Estimator and Project Coordinator with a high level of analytical thinking and attention to detail. He has studied the social and political sciences at a master’s level and has applied himself to a wide array of work in global policy, advocacy, and business development
 
Daniel acquired a desire to work in the construction industry during his time spent as Greystone’s labourer, while he completed his studies.

Aidan Flynn
Leading Hand

Enthusiastic qualified leading hand carpenter, with over 10 years in the industry. Aidan completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship in Tamworth NSW and then travelled abroad working in London as a carpenter for four years completing high end residential projects.

Aidan prides himself on the highest quality of workmanship and has an acute eye for detail; managing subcontractors efficiently, Aidan enforces our onsite safety and quality policies and procedures for a safe work environment whilst delivering the highest of quality of finish.

Tom Gillingham
Carpenter

Always the first for a laugh on site whilst instilling a tiring work ethic, Tom comes with a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry as a qualified carpenter and site supervisor.

Tom has a passion for creating indoor/outdoor living spaces and is extremely well versed in all facets of design and construct.

Sam Carney
Apprentice Carpenter

Our smiling and always happy Carpenter. Sam is a true professional and is the first to put his hand up to offer help and assistance.

With a strong passion for the industry, and upskilling himself, Sam is committed to ensuring each project Greystone delivers is a success. 

Rebecca Thompson
Administration Assistant

Administrator and office all-rounder, keeping everyone in check.

Bec has completed her certificate 3 & 4 in business administration and has had over a decade in administration and coordinator roles throughout the building, building maintenance and the industrial printing industry.

She comes with exceptional organization skills and a willing to help wherever she can.
